Job Responsibilities
1	Verification of setup approval sheet.(SMT)
2	Conduct Process audit/Product Audit as per defined Frequency
3	Analysis of In-house / Customer failure.
4	Monitoring Process PPM / FPY and take Action.
5	Timely inspection of job setup to avoid delay dispatch & maintain inspection records.
6	Participation as a RED BIN Analysis CFT Team.
7	Review / Validation of reference master samples.
8	To ensure implementation of CAPA taken for Internal & external complaints and effectiveness monitoring.
9	To maintain & ensure proper 5S on all the floors.
10	Ensure regular monitoring of Poka Yoke, and Reflow Profile.
11	Monitoring of Lux Level, ESD Check.
12	Conduct a Petrol Audit
13	Timely inspection of PDI to avoid delay dispatch & maintain PDI records.
